Foundry RAFAMET Ltd is a well-known manufacture of iron castings made from grey, ductile and alloy iron. We specialize in the production of large and heavy castings in small-batch series, weighing more than 5 000kg. Our main customers are reputable manufactures of metal processing machines in Poland, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic and USA. Our products are also exported to Norway and the UK. Iron castings are made to individual customer’s needs, based on received technical documentation. We offer technical assistance in the selection of iron type and optimize the design in collaboration with the Institute of Foundry in Krakow. Comprehensive service package includes: design & build of new pattern, adaptation of the patterns provide by the clients, iron castings, priming and machining. We also offer laboratory services, heat treatment and grinding castings and steel constructions as well as repairs using a METALOCK method. The high quality of our cast products and services, on time delivery and professional customer service has been confirmed by Bureau Veritas in the Certificate of Compliance with ISO 9001:2008.
